Dallas M. Ducar, MSN, RN, NP, CNL, FAAN

Dallas Ducar is a senior healthcare strategist and organizational leader with deep experience building, scaling, and strengthening complex institutions. Her work focuses on organizational development, financial stewardship, and long-term strategy within healthcare and mission-driven environments, with an emphasis on aligning governance, operations, and leadership to support sustainable growth. Known for her clear-eyed approach to risk and decision-making, Dallas brings a systems-level understanding of clinical operations, workforce dynamics, and regulatory complexity, helping organizations translate ambition into execution-ready strategies that are resilient, accountable, and built to last.

Dakota T. Ducar

Dakota Ducar is a financial strategist with experience advising on complex transactions, capital strategy, and long-term value creation. He began his career at Merrill Lynch in Chicago with the Klein Group, one of the largest advisory teams in Illinois at the time, managing approximately $800 million in assets. He later joined Hudson Capital Advisors, an Arizona-based investment bank, where he has advised on more than $1.6 billion in transactions across a range of industries. Dakota brings a disciplined, analytical approach to valuation, capital structure, and risk assessment, and works closely with founders and high-net-worth families to identify thoughtful diversification opportunities and strategies aligned with long-term objectives.
